Brewing Instructions
- Pre-rinse the carafe with boiling water.
- Add approximately two level tablespoons of coarse coffee grounds per 125ml of water.
- Pour fresh hot water just below boiling point into the carafe.
- Stir gently using a non-metal utensil.
- Place the lid on the carafe with the plunger fully raised.
- Allow the coffee to brew for approximately 4 minutes.
- Slowly press the plunger down until fully depressed.
- Serve and enjoy within 20 minutes for optimal flavour.
Care Instructions
• Separate the plunger assembly and lid before cleaning
• Wash the filter with warm water and mild detergent
• Use a soft brush if required to remove coffee residue
• Clean the glass carafe with mild detergent
