Delivery Information

We’re a proud New Zealand-owned business, and to bring you epic offers at the best possible prices, we work with trusted suppliers from across Asia, North America, and other regions. This means some products may be shipped directly from our international partners. While delivery may take a little longer, the value is always worth the wait!

    Locally Stocked Products – New Zealand Warehouse

    For products stocked locally in New Zealand, orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $99, while orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


    1. Order Processing Time.

    All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. 

    After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

    Please allow 1 to 2 days for the tracking information to update. In rare events or during peak times periods, it may take up to 10 days for the tracking details to be reflected.

    2. Shipping Address Changes.

    If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

    3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times.

    Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, and dimensions of the items in the order.

  1. Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

    4. Shipping Restrictions.

    Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX address

    5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit.

    If you suspect your parcel is lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can get the shipping company to investigate the issue.

    If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

    If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

    6. Custom & Clearance charges.

     

    Some of our products are shipped from overseas warehouses. In certain cases, where the order value exceeds $1000 NZD, the customer has to pay Duty charges.
