Multi Coated Roof Prism ED Lens More Than 88% Light Transmission
The Vector Optics Continental 8x42 ED Binoculars are equipped with a fully multi-coated roof prism ED lens, which features a 6 groups 8 lenses optical structure, phase correction coat, and dielectric coating that allows for an 88% light transmission and a wide field of view. They are made from high-strength semi-aromatic thermoplastic with non-slip rubber armor.
These binoculars have a magnification of 8x and an objective lens of 42mm while carrying an IPX7 waterproof rating. The metal central focusing knob, metal diopter adjustment ring, and twist-up eyecups make for easy adjustments.
They come with a pouch, shoulder strap, lens caps, instructions, and cleaning cloth. At a weight of 840g/29.6oz (including caps) and a size of 147 x 130 x 55mm, these binoculars are ideal for bird watching, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
