10cm Thick Insulated Sleeping Pad for Cold-Weather Camping

The Naturehike Ultralight Sleeping Pad is built for cold-weather camping, hiking, hunting trips, and overnight stays where ground chill can ruin sleep fast. With an R6.5 insulation rating, 10cm inflated thickness, and a packed weight from about 460g, it gives you serious ground protection without filling your whole pack.
The pad uses Naturehike’s NKTR Air thermal reflection system with a multi-layer aluminium film structure to reduce heat loss between your body and the ground. Made from 20D nylon TPU with a silver-coated surface, it is a practical sleeping mat for alpine camps, backcountry huts, winter campsites, and colder NZ nights.

FAQ
Q: Is this sleeping pad suitable for winter camping?
A: Yes. The R6.5 rating and 10cm thickness make it suitable for cold-weather camping where extra ground insulation is needed.
Q: What does R6.5 mean?
A: R-value measures thermal resistance. A higher R-value means the pad slows heat loss from your body to the ground more effectively.
Q: Is this pad lightweight enough for hiking?
A: Yes. The regular size weighs about 460g, while the large size weighs about 540g, making both options practical for pack-based camping.
